  • Represented high-end landscaper in 4-day jury/bench trial against owner for breach of contract and lien foreclosure – verdict/bench ruling in favor of client for full amount of its lien/claim and against owner on its breach of contract/fraudulent lien counterclaim.
  • Represented kitchen and cabinet installation company in 4-day jury trial against subcontractor – verdict in favor of the client for the full amount of the claim.
  • Represented homeowner in 2-day AAA Arbitration against contractor - prevailed on claim while zeroing out contractor on its counterclaim.
  • Represented contractor against subcontractor in 3-day jury trial involving work at Homestead Air Force Base – jury verdict in favor of client/contractor.
  • Defended surety from conditional payment bond claim and prevailed via summary judgment against subcontractor - summary judgment was affirmed on appeal by the Third DCA, WMS Construction Inc. v. North American Specialty Ins. Co., 929 So. 2d 1 (Fla. 3d DCA 2005).
  • Represented global two-way radio manufacturer in prosecuting Federal RICO case against former director of international sales –$3++ million jury verdict in favor of client.
  • Defended international communication company from a Title VII suit by a senior sales executive for age, national origin, sex discrimination and retaliation – summary judgment in favor of the employer.
  • Represented contractor and its surety in foreclosing a construction lien claim and prosecuting a breach of contract claim concerning the construction of the Shore Club Hotel on Miami Beach - multi-million dollar settlement in favor of clients.
  • Represented numerous subcontractors/materialmen seeking to foreclose construction liens and/or to recover against payment bonds in Florida.
  • Represented construction contractor and its surety in foreclosing a construction lien claim and prosecuting a breach of contract claim concerning the construction of a supermarket in Hialeah, Florida – favorable settlement for client.
  • Represented national bank in litigation to recover on promissory note assigned by RTC - summary judgment for bank based on FIRREA led to full payment from defendants, including attorney’s fees.
  • Defended contractor and its surety from numerous payment bond claims pertaining to the building of strip mall and supermarket in Broward County, Florida.
  • Representation of numerous commercial landlords in eviction matters.
